Diversity Planning Institute, Inc. is a non-profit, strategic planning organization, founded in 2001. DPIINC. was the first South Florida organization to educate government leaders and facilities management to use EnergyStar© , approved products and procedures in Broward County, Florida to conserve energy and save on electricity costs.
Founder, Beverly Kennedy received certification as an EnergyStar consultant , and started in 1999 educating our governmental facility managers on how to improve and protect our workplace and public environment while maintaining a"green" building and waterproofing standard. (Senior concerns and Disabled Veterans was added to the Strategic Planning Goals 2007 -2009 of DPI,inc. )
